Andrew had a pretty busy weekend. On Saturday, he went to a birthday party (pictured are Kelsey, Addi (birthday girl), and Liam). David spent time at the party playing with his other favorite boy, Max (picture).
We went to church that evening. Andrew enjoys church. He is so comfortable, that he has begun yelling during the mass! On Saturday, toward the end of mass, and to the delight of the parishioners, he started yelling, "God!" An old woman came over after mass and said, "Maybe he will be a priest one day." Let's hope.
It's been really humid the past couple of days. We've taken Andrew out, but for shorter periods than normal. He has spent a lot of time indoors, looking outside (picture). This has become one of his favorite things to do.
He has also enjoyed his new Pororo DVDs (Thanks, Kim). He sits in his chair and enjoys his programs. At certain parts (i.e. when a polar bear is dusting his wall photos), he laughs and laughs (picture). We love to watch him watch the cartoon. We only wish we knew what he was thinking.
What wonderful pictures!! I especially love the one of him sitting in his special chair watching his cartoons. When we lived upstairs at Nana's, Sam had a favorite chair where he would watch Sesame Street (he was addicted). I always thought Sam looked like a little old man, laughing his head off with a sippy cup in one hand.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Same here--he's like a little old man watching his stories. There's research that says not to let babies watch television at all, but geez, like Sam, he gets such a kick out of it. My brain tells me he'll be fine!
